The luxury hotel brand St. Regis is internationally renowned for its exceptional hospitality, impeccable service, opulent accommodations, and commitment to creating memorable experiences for its guests. It is one of the most prestigious hotel chains in the world, and it has established a presence in various cities across the globe.
In addition to its reputation in the hospitality sector, St. Regis is recognized for its dedication to creating inspiring architectural and design projects in iconic destinations worldwide, including Miami.
In The Magic City, St. Regis is currently involved in two notable projects in the neighborhoods of Sunny Isles and Brickell, both of which showcase the brand’s commitment to elegance and sophistication. Let’s explore them in detail.
- Regis Residences Brickell
The St. Regis residences development project in Brickell, Miami, is an upcoming luxury condominium project which envisions the creation of two twin towers at the Miami oceanfront in Brickell.
The towers are the creative love child of industry leaders like RAMSA, Rockwell Group, and ENEA, overseen by the development teams of Integra and Related.
Once finished, the luxury buildings will reach a height of 630 feet.
The East Tower will be the more spacious and feature 149 residencies with between two and seven bedrooms. The Sky Villas and Penthouses will be the most luxurious, measuring over 8,000 square feet.
The West Tower will have a total of 203 residencies, which will range from one to five bedrooms.
In addition to the spacious floor plans, the Regis residences at Brickell are planned to have 60,000 square feet of interior amenity space. Some of the exclusive amenities and services that the owners of these luxurious condos will have the privilege to enjoy include:
Fine dining restaurant
Park-like grounds and lush terraces
State-of-the-art media room
Business center with conference rooms
Wellness, spa, and beauty salon services
Programmable golf simulator
Pet spa, grooming, and dog-walking services
Children’s entertainment room
All residences in the condominium feature innovative home technology and come with a powder room and laundry room. Moreover, there are private elevators and entry foyers for each home which is equipped with gourmet kitchens with customer Italian cabinetry, natural stone floorings, and European solid wood doorways.
The project is currently in pre-construction and is expected to finish by 2026.
- Regis Residences Sunny Isles
Over at Sunny Isles, St. Regis is working on another equally, if not more exciting and ambitious project. The luxury hotel chain is currently in the pre-construction phase of another two luxurious twin towers located between Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The gorgeous buildings are envisioned by Arquitectonica in collaboration with Anastassiadis and EDSA and developed by Fortune International Group and Chateau Group.
Slightly taller than the towers in Brickell, the St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles are planned to reach a height of 750 feet. Each building is designed to hold 62 stories and 182 residences.
Equipped with top-of-the-line interiors, the residences at Sunny Isles are slightly more spacious than their Brickell counterparts. All condos, except for the Penthouses and Sky Villas, will range from 2,000 to 5,600 square feet and have between two and five bedrooms. The condos at the top of the towers will be even more significant, ranging from 6,600 to 10,000 square feet.
An impressive 10,000 square feet lobby is envisioned at the base of the condominium, as well as 70,000 square feet of exclusive interior amenities, including:
Lobby and drop off
West pool deck
The idea is to provide the residents with the complete St. Regis experience, including fine dining, 24/7 valet, concierge, cognac, billiards and pool, cards and poker rooms, as well housekeeping, butler, and plenty of other services, in the comfort of their own homes.
The luxury towers are currently in pre-construction, so the prices of the St. Regis Sunny Isles are very appealing.
The St. Regis Luxury Residences Are Truly Amazing Architecture
The last time we were this excited about a Miami development project was Aston Martin announced its luxury residences previous year. The St. Regis Residences Brickell and St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles are remarkable projects that exemplify the brand’s commitment to creating inspiring architectural landmarks.
