- Regis Residences Brickell
The St. Regis residences development project in Brickell, Miami, is an upcoming luxury condominium project which envisions the creation of two twin towers at the Miami oceanfront in Brickell.
The towers are the creative love child of industry leaders like RAMSA, Rockwell Group, and ENEA, overseen by the development teams of Integra and Related.
Once finished, the luxury buildings will reach a height of 630 feet.
The East Tower will be the more spacious and feature 149 residencies with between two and seven bedrooms. The Sky Villas and Penthouses will be the most luxurious, measuring over 8,000 square feet.
The West Tower will have a total of 203 residencies, which will range from one to five bedrooms.

The luxury hotel chain is currently in the pre-construction phase of another two luxurious twin towers located between Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The gorgeous buildings are envisioned by Arquitectonica in collaboration with Anastassiadis and EDSA and developed by Fortune International Group and Chateau Group.
Slightly taller than the towers in Brickell, the St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles are planned to reach a height of 750 feet. Each building is designed to hold 62 stories and 182 residences.
Equipped with top-of-the-line interiors, the residences at Sunny Isles are slightly more spacious than their Brickell counterparts. All condos, except for the Penthouses and Sky Villas, will range from 2,000 to 5,600 square feet and have between two and five bedrooms. The condos at the top of the towers will be even more significant, ranging from 6,600 to 10,000 square feet.
An impressive 10,000 square feet lobby is envisioned at the base of the condominium, as well as 70,000 square feet of exclusive interior amenities, including:
